Tbilisi is the capital and the country’s main economic centre. Demand is broader and less dependent on the summer season. The market can be more suitable for long-term rental, residential demand and urban diversification.

Batumi requires careful analysis of seasonality, tourism demand and project quality. Tbilisi requires attention to district selection, urban demand and resale liquidity.
